I'm currently in New Orleans at a jazz festival laying on the grass and you popped into my head. Random, I know. But I have to say thank you. I recently booked and shot a new indie film called Lady Bird and I have to say all of your training prepared me immensely. The way you communicated to me what I needed to work on was always delicate but honest and always direct. I just kept thinking of you during our long night shoots and just how grateful I am that I trained with you.
